Welcome to Pirate Golf Bethany Beach. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at pirategolfbethanybeach.com (the “Site”) and your visit to our mini golf course at 21 N Pennsylvania Ave, Bethany Beach, DE 19930 (the “Course”). By using the Site or visiting the Course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else’s use of the Site.

2. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and other content on the Site are owned by Pirate Golf Bethany Beach or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

3. Course Rules and Safety

Visitors to the Course agree to follow posted rules and any instructions from staff. For everyone’s safety, please:

Children should be supervised by an adult at all times.
Keep golf clubs below shoulder height while swinging.
No running, climbing on features, or removing course props.
Outside food, drink, and pets may be restricted — please check with staff.
The Course may close temporarily for weather, maintenance, or safety reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask any visitor to leave for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing posted on the Site is for informational purposes and may change without notice. Current pricing displayed at the Course at the time of play applies. We accept cash and major credit cards.

5. Refunds

Once play has started, fees are non-refundable. If we close the Course mid-round for weather or safety, staff will offer a rain check or partial refund at their discretion.

6. Job Applications

Information submitted through our employment application form will be used solely to evaluate your interest in working with us. Submitting an application does not create an employment contract or guarantee of an interview or offer.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and the Course are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pirate Golf Bethany Beach is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or visit to the Course. Visitors play at their own risk and assume responsibility for any injuries that result from failing to follow course rules.
